John Wick, who serves as Senior Vice President for network services at Syniverse Technologies, is responsible for the management and growth of the company's IP, SS7 and number portability product lines. Mr. Wick joined Syniverse in 1993 as a senior critical support analyst with the network operations department. He has held management positions in the operations, research and development, technology, and Six Sigma groups before moving into his current position. Prior to joining Syniverse, Mr. Wick was a systems integrator with Verizon, and an electronic communications and switching systems technician for the U.S. Air Force, stationed in Wiesbaden, West Germany, and San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Wick earned both bachelors and master's degrees in business from Nova Southeastern University.
