Bill Ingram

Bill Ingram, SVP Strategy, Leap Wireless, oversees the Company's acquisitions, investments and strategic activities. He has more than 25 years experience in leading telecommunications and technology businesses. Prior to Leap, he was a founder, President and CEO of Nuera Communications, an IP voice company that designed and produced telecommunications equipment for converged packet networks. Nuera was the successor company to Pacific Communication Sciences, Inc. where he served as Chief Operating Officer of the Clarity Products Division. He holds an MBA from Harvard University and an AB from Stanford University. He has worked with Leap since August 2007.
